Sci., 2009, 71 (5): 547-551 min, respectively and decrease in 2% organic phase, the retention time for butenaÞ ne hydrochloride and betamethasone were observed to be 5.8 and 8.2 min, respectively. The solution stability study revealed that butenaÞ ne hydrochloride and betamethasone solutions were stable for 24 h without detectable degradation and the percentage recovery of both the drugs were found to be more than 98.02%.
